INTRODUCTION

Celestial Vitality is a place to explore the soul’s journey. As of current, it remains a spiritual-based wellness blog, but in time will continue to expand into a multi-disciplinary platform. With the collective consciousness being elevated, I wanted to create a haven, which helps bring forth the awareness of the soul’s journey in a safe and healthy way. The goal is in doing so is to help to empower individuals to not only create a more fulfilling life but to hopefully inspire people to live a more transcending life. Ultimately, Celestial Vitality is a place that highlights interconnectedness and strives to create unity; unity with our higher selves, unity with the universe, unity with divinity, but most importantly, unity with individual truth.

The name Celestial Vitality was created in 2019 with “vitality” representing not only our physical health and wellness but also the prana or chi (energetic life force) that resides within all things. “Celestial” is representative of our energetic life forces’ connection with the cosmos, our planetary alignment, the tri-lokas, and the higher power of the unified source. A more sentimental reason for Celestial Vitality is to honour a woman named Celeste who helped align me on my dharmic path, and to honour my family, particularly my mother Kumari, who is the foundation of my vitality and life itself.

AREAS OF INTEREST

Celestial Vitality is a diverse interdisciplinary platform that draws its influences from many cultures, with a foundational spiritual basis rooted from ancient eastern influences, mainly, Sanātana Dharma. However, everything that will be discussed will be universal in nature and have consideration of the modern world (Kaliyuga). Topics that will be covered here are that of those which support the soul's journey including discussions on Vedic philosophical concepts, yogic practices, alternative health modalities such as Ayurveda, and the integration of metaphysical and occult sciences, such as Jyotish (Vedic astrology).

I guess it's fair that I tell you a little about myself right? Well hello my name is Vashti. :) I am a self-proclaimed mystic and lightworker. As of now, I am developing my abilities as a professional healer, which I am most looking forward to sharing with all of you in the future. But most of all, I am an eternal student. My love and passion for learning not only drives me, but brings me immense fulfillment and humility. With awareness of my dharmic path, I am honoured to have the privilege and ability to be of service to all of you in your soul's journey to awareness, empowerment, and transcendence.

As of now, Celestial Vitality’s main focus will be to share knowledge through blogging. In the future, I am planning on creating client-centered sessions that draw from many mediums to help guide you through your soul’s journey. My goal is to make this as personalized as possible as I believe the spiritual journey is truly unique to each individual. I also hope to integrate more health-related practices as I further my professional training since I believe in the soul's journey being a holistic one; one that encompasses the body, mind, heart, and spirit.
